Community’s Charters

ArkInstitute started with a vision statement. This statement become the basis of the mission statement, an executable idea.

Related thereto, the nature of the responsibility and control of members of the Community were also defined.

These concepts, fused together, become the bases for Community’s desire for self-governance.

Further along, these words have been translated to more formal community expressions i.e. various charters.

These charters will be the source of specific action plans to be carried out by certain members of the Community.

This will create formal institutions, the pillars of the decentralized public network.

This institutions will become reliable and respectable soft infrastructures of the Ark Blockchain.

I. Ark Risk Management Advisory Council (Ark RMAC) Charter

The nature of the Ark RMAC’s responsibilities is one of developmental and advisory. Risk management should be an integral part of the culture and risk governance framework of the delegates and each tokenholder. Bear in mind that the Ark Blockchain is a public blockchain such that the network operators and users should always exercise due diligence.

Delegates should help the Ark RMAC establish a dynamic and responsive risk management system. The risk management system shall be designed to specifically identify and mitigate risks that may erode the Enterprise Value of the Blockchain.

II. Risk Rating for Delegates Circular (ROCE rating system)

The Advisory Council is advising that when a community member vote for a delegate,  he/she should prepare his/her own independent and separate analysis and assessment that mirrors the Risk Rating System that the Advisory Council have formulated, i.e. the “ROCE” rating.

The ROCE ratings independently prepared by the Chief Risk Assessor (CRA) for each of the delegates will not be publicly shared rather these would be considered as strictly confidential. The Ark RMAC may choose to disclose these and only to the concerned delegates.
